Packing Plants

Hello there,
i will be sending some moss and downoi to Canada and was wondering how can i pack these plants to ensure they get there alright.

I live in the US and I was sent some Downoi from Singapore. It was sent two day fedex. The Downoi was wrapped losely in moist newspaper and put in a film canister with a few holes drilled in the top. Then the canister was put in a baggie. I guess this lets it breath without allowing it to dry out.

It arrived in perfect condition.
