I've tried many of kinds food, from dried spinach fresh spinach to barley pallets and even mosuras graze active. my crs are just grazing around the tank not even touching the food, not because of that I have a lot of pest in the soil. what should I do? and reason why they're like this?

If the shrimps are not rushing to the food within a few minutes, it probably means they have enough to eat from grazing around the tank. Just feed less or spread out the feeding frequency (ie. once every few days).
Leaving uneaten food in the tank for 24 hours is too long, at most just 1-2 hours and if the food is still mostly untouched, remove it.
Are you using a feeding dish? If not, do get one and put the food in it. Much easier to remove excess food and reduces the chances of food particles scattering around the tank and getting trapped in the substrate (which feed the pests and critters instead).
I am using a feeding a feeding dish already, ive starved them for 3 days even. they still don't touch the food

There could be grazing on the biofilm
Might ve cause my tank took like 2 montha to cycle I'm sure there is tons of biofilm

Whats the shrimp population in your tank and the tank size? If the population is relatively low vs the tank size, then they may not need to be fed much at all, as there could already be enough algae and bio-film for them to eat in the tank.
Individual shrimps actually need very little food, its usually in breeding tanks with high populations of shrimps that need constant daily food supplementation.

Thats still relatively low population for the tank size... once the population grows then you'll probably see them start swarming the food.Originally Posted by Arron

For my 2ft shrimp/plant grow-out tank, at its peak i counted around 180+ adult RCS shrimps (lost count after that, probably lots more hiding in the plants) and uncountable numbers of juveniles and shrimplets. I didn't feed them anything in particular, at most just a slice of zucchini or small algae wafer once a week (if i remember), the rest of the time they just graze on the plants and algae coating the tank walls.
I have seen friend's breeding tanks with many times more shrimps, like the entire substrate covered with shrimps, so i guess mine could be considered relatively moderate population.
I've not used BW white or shield before (i guess those are good for CRS)... but i do have BW minerock in all my tanks and it works well.
I have about same numbers of crs in a 2 feet tank. They do eat the food I feed. I give kind of expensive food too like breeders select and baby food. According to the person who sold it, the food is considered like higher grade food and shrimps will usually not reject. I tried spinach but they never touched it though people usually say they love it.

As long as they are still active and healthy, maybe you shouldn't be worried. I noticed if my crs is not eating and not active, usually means doomsday is near.
Maybe you try to get crs food that is meant for breeding or baby food, and see if they eat it. Those food seens more tasty, maybe.
