White Shrimp Tank

Whilst most are breeding blue bolt, I am concentrating on perfecting white shrimps.

Below are some pictures of them in a glosso tank. No C02, no chiller, only sponge driven with PL light and usb fan.

Using magic potion!!! Haha, I planted them in this tank with Ada soil and see if they thrive. Well indeed they did and outgrow my expectations. Turn out to be green and healthy.

I'm also currently with ADA, planted monte carlo.. hoping they will grow this well too. Any recommendation?

Never attempted those plants before. I guess foreground plants need ample of lighting. Mine I switched 7hours a day. 55 watts PL.

no co2 also can carpet and glosso so short...very nice!...er..shrimps also nice...

USB fan on 24hours a day. Tank temperature range 26-28 degree. These few days weather is humid and hot, so I tend to have my temperature at the high side.

Oh, I never knew those computer fans could produce strong enough wind to increase much evaporation and hence reduce tank water temperature. I have one at home and I have to place it quite near to my face to feel the wind.

To use the USB fan, do you need to place the tank near the computer?
