Need help for my sick ranchu

Hey guys, i went on a short holiday last weekend and when i return yesterday all my 5 ranchu have this white stuff on them and they are floating motionlessly at the tank. So i did a 80% water change and add in the PETFRAN medicine. I went to C328 just to buy filter media and the uncle recommend me this TETRA Gold Med. But till now they are still like half dead and not moving at the bottom of the tank.

Try yellow powder if this does not improve. Dosage for three days with daily water change.
