New attempt in another nano tank

2nd attempt to do up another nano tank after being poison by other bros tank
Tank is setup on 13/5/14, still cycling
Added some water from my old tank hopefully will speed up the cycling process
Looking to add in shrimps after the tank is cycled (Any type of shrimps to recommend?)

Tank Spec
Tank - 30x19x26cm
Filter - Gex slim filter M
Light - Up-aqua pro led light
Subtrate - ADA Amazonia (Powder Type)

Plants
Glosso (Foreground)
Flame Moss (Tie on rocks)
Taiwan Moss (Tie on rocks and wire mesh)
Anubuis nana

Hope to receive comments on how to improve or what I have done wrong and what to look out for

Updates

Glosso is starting to grow new shoots but there are some dirt like substance on the leaves of the old glosso. Any solutions to get rid of the dirt like substance? IMG_2014052055764.jpgIMG_2014052013362.jpg
