New member requesting advice

Ok so I have a 55gallon tank with a penguin 350 and a aqueon 50 there's also a maxijet 400 with a micro sponge there is a marine land 200watt heater and it's lit with basic led lighting, I also have a 46gallon Euro tank it's running two whisper 30-60s a maxijet 600 with microsponge and a 150watt heater
The advice I'm looking for would be view my tanks see what they are and tell me if there is anything noticeably wrong any advice on what should improve upon what's already established and maybe even just a simple leave it alone any help it appreciated
