Hi all,
I recently noticed that one of my peppered cories living in a community tank was acting strange. He has rapid and fast breathing, and he didn't stay at the bottom of the tank unlike my other 5. I noticed that he also has a weird round red growth on one of his pectoral fins that is really small. He also has slight patches on his body. however he has no signs of fin rot/ammonia burns and my water parameters should all be fine since none of my other cories are exhibiting similar symptoms.
I tried to take a photo but I am unable to get a good shot.

This is his current "resting position". He floats with his tail down but is rather restless.
I moved him to a small isolation tank to further observe. Is this a bacterial infection? Can it spread to my other fish?
Help! What can I do to help him?
