Unfortunately they look like the usual betta splendens to me. Those with the horizontal stripes should be closer to the wild aka traditional form of betta splendens

Those mixed bags are usually feeder bettas. Mostly runts or fishes with bad finnage. So they send them to the LFS as feeder fish. The cost itself is already an indicator. I think each bag is less than $5 at most LFS. I always see them at C328.

If you are "dedicated" enough, you can filter those you like and take good care of them all over.
Better nutrition, better water quality, better tank living environment etc.

Again. If only you are "dedicated" enough..

Just sharing here.. I bought a bag of feeder tiger barbs from c328. Out of goodwill and more of curiousity and to challenge myself, I took them under my care.
3 from the bag died while others survived till today. Their colours are all well now. The stripes are fuller and darker, orange spot on finnage are more noticable and they look like a proper tiger barb instead of stripeless tigers. You know what I mean when you first look at them sold as feeders in shops.

At least you know you are doing something right in terms of your 'basic fishkeeping skills' when you manage to convert them from their 'feeders' tag.
