Help ID this fish.

Hi guys, I need help to ID this fish.



My girlfriend has two of them and they have been hiding behind the plants most of the time.
They don't really come out to eat too.

In addition, I realised the swordtails and cardinal tetras in my fish tank have been swimming near the bottom surface at all times.
Anything to worry about or could it be due to strong water current directed at the water surface?
