How's your CO2 levels. Are you sure they are ok? Do you have a pH and kH reading to determine the level? They should be at 20~30ppm. Get that right first.
Next, pour enough LushGro Aqua to give you 10ppm of NO3 for your tank per dose. Do that after a 50% water change, follow by 2~3 more doses between every alternate day. If you have PO4, add 1ppm together with your LGA.
Note that this dosage give you some surplus in Mg and K.
Lastly, you will still have to manually remove most of those algae before doing the correction otherwise it is futile. If your back permits, you may want to consider re-doing the tank. BTW, go easy on those panadol :P
