MR Aqua Soil

hi - i got this tub of mr aqua soil (i actually wanted the ada - but picked up the wrong tub!!!)...

anyway, its stated that the soil filled with nutrients for planted tanks... has anyone ever used this? intend to put a layer of standard gravel over this....

if you're going to have to cover it with gravel, then its standard base fert

hey sorry to hijack.
for this kind of ferilised base as well as clay based gravel, do we need to wash them thoroughly? would it not remove its nutrients
