what is that on the my shrimp head?

Hi, I just pick up this shrimp keeping hobby 3 months ago. My tank is a shrimp only tank Recently I discover that there is a big patch on one of my shrimp head. Can anybody identify what is it. Is it harmful to the shrimp? Thank you
