Where is the best price to buy ADA power sand and fertilizer? Any recommendation? I stay in the east.

You can get those items from Fishy Business at Sims Place, they stock the ADA Power Sand and ferts... all the prices are listed on their website:

You can also check at the other LFS like C328, Polyart or Y618 to see if they have stock too, but ADA products prices are generally quite similar across the various LFS (at most a few dollars difference), so it depends on whether you find it worthwhile travelling further to save a few bucks.
