Type of light that makes Neon Tetra colors show?

I saw C328, that their small tank filled with Cardinal Tetras looked amazing. I'm unsure whether it's the grade of cardinal tetras they have or is it the special lighting they use, that makes the colors stand out.

Any bros can advise what sort of lighting they using? Or what sort can I use to make my cardinal tetra colors look nicer in the tank.

Most LFS use those pinkish lights for their fish tanks, helps enhance the fishes and shrimps colors.
