Hi guys yesterday I noticed one of my oto catfish had bloody wounds on its body. It was fine the day before. Now its still swimming but the wounds look pretty bad...any idea what should I do to make the fish better?

My tank is fully cycled and running for a year already and my 2 oto catfish have been inside for about 10 months plus. The other tank mates are 15 galaxy rasbora and 3 black widow tetra plus 2 nerite snails.

I don't know what could have caused the wounds on my fish cause I've never seen any fighting among them...

    Please help thanks!!

That's a very unusual belly of an oto. It seems to be full of eggs and might be breeding. The plant leaves is perfect for them to lay the eggs. Check the underside of the leaves to spot for any eggs

Thanks for the suggestions guys...I've moved the tetras into another tank...sadly the oto died I thought tetras were only semi aggressive to conspecifics...plus it was fine for so long
