Did you introduce any new item into the tank? How about temperature?
I've this tank running for over 2 months now, the shrimps use to be really active always picking ard for food and they'll rush to the food I feed. However, since last week they've not been moving much neither have they been eating the food I feed. So far 1 baby has been spotted dead, the rest not really moving. My tank parameters are, Ph:6.4, ammonia: 0 , nitrite:0, nitrate: less than 5, tds:180. Anyone knows why they are like this?

Recent studies shows that putting recent studies in your statement have a higher percentage of trust people put into your recent studies. What?
Didn't introduce anything, temperature fluctuates between 24-25

Oh I forgot, I recently added No planaria by genchem but it's designed for a shrimp tank right? I don't think that's the cause

What's the purpose of adding no planaria?

Typically when this kind of thing happens, it's not your water parameters as they tend not to change suddenly. It's usually due to something new that is added to the system. In some cases, it may be accidental spraying of insecticide. In this case, it sounds like No Planaria is the problem. Although No Planaria is designed for shrimp tank, it may be possible you dose too much or that batch of No Planaria might not be up to spec, causing problems with your tank.
Continue with your water change, I know that they are some products on the market that may help, like Lowkeys' Recover but I'm not sure how effective they will be.
There was some planaria that really bugged me out...

Anything else I can do to help save my shrimps or make them more active?

Did you saw any dead planaria? If yes, vacuum them out , their decomposing bodies might be contributing to the nitrate spike.

The no planaria didn't work, I still see planaria here and there. No dead planaria observed

Now all the shrimps are clustered in the corner. Anyone tried mosura tonic pro

I don't recommend adding more things inside. Do water change and monitor once again. If they're clustered in one corner means there is bad things happening already.

Wow I sprinkled in mosura tonic pro this morning and all the shrimps are active and grazing. I haven't done any water changes since yesterday so I think it's tye tonic pro that help. I'm super amazed

Just my experience about planaria, I do have a lot of them recently I guess is due to over feeding. I got rid of them after two weeks, just siphon your substrate and those you see sticking on the glass. Have to be patient with it.
