They are cryptocorynes, but I can't be sure which species unless flowers can be seen. If you took the photos in LFS, probably some of them will be varieties of cryptocoryne wendtii as those are the more commonly sold species in LFS.

How do I acclimatize? Mine seems to be melting away
Most species of cryptocorynes will tend to melt their leaves when they are transferred from one environment to another or if the water parameters change, especially if they go from emersed to submerged conditions. They basically shed off the old leaves and then grow new adapted leaves. Its commonly referred to as "crypt melt".
