can expert pls advise what actually happens and any medicine should i use?
btw, sometimes feel that cory looks ok in the morning but dead by the afternoon. whole body looks perfectly normal and the tank condition is ok with a few other shrimps, tetra....

If its one...its generally ok...(BUT be careful, it may be a sign for the rest to follow). I experience it myself. Few possibilities.
    1. Poor oxygen composition in the water
    2. Temp not ideal (hot)
    3. Some fishes chasing them
    4. Disease (depends - cant judge like this...need to have a look)
    5. No food to eat(likely to be this)

    6. Owner never play with them... haha

You probably need to give more details for a better dianogsis of the condition.

Information such as tank size, type of tank (planted or otherwise), CO2 fertilization (if any), bioload, water change regime, age of cory and how long you have had the cory would help amongst others. Otherwise, it's just a shot in the dark.

There's a good chance that the particular may be suffering from internal bacterial infection. Try to describle the physical characteristics if you can. E.g. Sunken eyes? Sunken Belly? Ragged fins? Protruding scutes? etc, etc.

For a start, try to ensure the water is well oxygenated as suggested. Also keep up the water change to ensure that the water is clean. Keep your bioload low or isolate the cory for further treatment if necessary.

    Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?

Any sign of red patches in the belly area or just behind the Pectorals?

adolfoi already gone to cory paradise....

after the inactive symptom, some fin and tail was torn and a milky layer could be observed on the whole body. Wonder whether was it fin rot or harrassed by my shrimps....
after separated into hospital tank with original tank water, with air bubble and added some medication for fin rot.
    after a few hours......
