    Hi all

i think my swordtail have given birth a couple of days back. I saw a fry at the front of the tank struck at the bottom of the gravel. I am not sure how it got there but it could be me doing some digging work with the gravel at the back of the tank. What should I do to help the fry?

    TIA.

Just move some of the gravel and allow the fry to swim back out... it could have somehow gotten stuck and doesn't know how to get out.

I'm afraid once I move the gravel, it will crush the fry.

Looks like it somehow found a way to swim through spaces in the gravel and get stuck there... no choice, you'll have to try and carefully remove the gravel to let the fry escape out, it can't live inside the gravel anyways.
