Unfortunately both fish in your video are males, they are flaring and showing dominance, not a courtship dance (the fish on the left at the start of your video is the dominant male). The females are smaller than the males, with darker and more defined vertical bars along their bodies also they do not have as much red on their cheeks as the male - in your video you can see that on both your males the head is almost fully red in colour. The anal fin is a lot longer on the male as opposed to the female, again in your video you can see both of your fish have the long fins of the males.
