Found this cross-bred YAMATO-CHERRY from inside my Ehiem filter last weekend. It has clear patches of pink-red on its body and stands out from the rest of the yamato shrimps. Interesting .... to share.

it would be interesting certainly, but I highly doubt it. Sorry about that. Apply Occam's razor and think of the alternatives: maybe the shrimp ate some carotenoid-rich food lately? Might it have just moulted and the carapace is still in the process of hardening?
Look at the shrimp. If all other morphological features point to "yamato", it should well be it.
