Any good recommedation for filters for my 4ft tank?

Hi,

I am currently using a Dolphin C1000 in my heavily planted tank.
However, I still realised that there are lots of particles floating in my tank which I suspect that it's the filtration that is not enough.

Can anyone suggest if I should get an extra filter and what would be good?

Why not open up the existing filter to check if the fine filter wool has been placed properly or compacted enough such that no water flows past without being filtered?

Hi Juggler,

Will do that. But I suspect that the water circulation wasnt' good enough to bring the dirts into the filter. So, I thought of having a second filter instead
