It is nice, and has a natural scape look.

Saw some really nice wabikusa online, really liked it very much,
so i decided to try and make one.
i used ADA Aquasoil amazonia, and tied lots of moss around it.
making it into a ball shape, slightly smaller than the size of my palm.
this is how it looks like 6weeks ago. (2weeks after i started the thing)
i just placed it on the highest branch of my driftwood
so only thebottom of the ball is touching the water
This is how it looks like now, after transferring to a small acrylic tank on my office desk.

Hey nice! How do you tie the moss and what moss did you use?

Thank you!
thank you
basically i use a fine mesh net to hold the soil
together, then i tied the end of the ball tightly and cut off the excess net. the soil
ball stays in shape. but of cos some of the "powder" of the soil do fall out
from time to time. thats why i wrapped and tied some moss around the soil ball.
i tie the moss to the ball using black sewing thread. i used spiky moss
cuttings from my planted tank.
Very easy to understand nice. I will try. Then how you put the plant on top,

i tried a couple of methods
for the ceratopteris i use a pinsett and push it into the soil ball.
the HM i just scatter the very small loose cuttings on the top of the soil.

Very nice! Thanks for sharing![]()
