Bloated and lethargic is the usual appearance and behavior for most talking cats. They will eat themselves silly and then stone out.
Was there a change in behavior? Is it gasping for breath? Most importantly, Is it still eating?

Suckerfish no eat poo poo.
His lips turned white and he wasn't able to swim normally. He died earlier today. I think it was dropsy.
He stopped hiding, which I knew was weird. And then he'd swim some, then just kind of go limp.. then swim some more.. eventually he stayed in the top corner of the tank.. and then he died.. I thought about putting him down .. but I didn't have any clove oil.
