Lets say you are using a 12V DC fan which consumes 0.5A of current.
Using the formula P=IV, the fan will be drawing 6W of power.

(wattage x hours per day x number of days)/1000 x $0.1653.
If the fan is on 24hrs a day, it will add an extra 70 cents to your monthly power bills.

ok..the voltage is 220-240V and current 0.12A..how much will that be then? about $3 right?

It depends on the quality of the ac/dc adaptor. I had two sets which I DIY, taking in consideration not to overload the adaptor. But one of them spoilt after a few days when I changed it to be turned on for 24 hrs. The other is OK running 24/7.
Nowadays I use separate timers for the fans. They turn on when lights are on; when lights are off, they are switched on-off intermittently like 30mins on- 15mins off. This can help further cool the water which is necessary during the hot season. Also to let the ac/dc adaptor have some rest.

Leaving it on 24hr will lower the temp by another 1~2 degree during the night/early morning. However, you will also need to top up water more often
my fan is 120mm and 0.6amp.. Wouldn't this be a killer for my electricity bills?
