What LED light model are you currently using?
For freshwater tank with plants, you should get lights designed for freshwater planted tanks, those will have the correct spectrums for plant growth. The lights for planted tanks will usually be more white for better color rendition when viewing plants and fishes (not so blue as those are designed more for saltwater conditions and marine corals).
For a tall 30cm cube tank, you could look at the Up Aqua Z-Series Z-10 Pro LED Lights, it should be sufficient for your tank dimension and growing moss. Just have to moderate the light photoperiod to avoid algae issues, especially if you only have moss in the tank.
thanks, today went to sea view to have alook, forget the dimension end up never buy, will go down again to buy the up auqa z series, mine now is also LED light, but got blue and white led light coming out... i brought mine at Y618 thank size is 45x30x29
i brought a fan cooler at sea view... does not work too well... temperature of water same as room temperature.....
Is it thermometer issue? I realize that my tds temp reading and my thermometer reading differs too..by 1.5degrees
what were the water temperatures with and without the fan?
were there significant water evaporation with the fan switched on?
