Cloudy Tank

Dear Experts,

I got a Dolphin Filter for my 4ft tank. I had been using for 3 mths now.
Initially it was quite clear, 2 mths down, it became cloudy, I went to change the wool and the materials inside. now I had coarse wool at the top and fine wool at the bottom with bio rings and bio home in btw. It still very cloudy after 1 week. Im very confused. Pls help.

You shouldn't have changed the wool.
