Is Black Gravel suitable for Planted Tank ?

Need some good advice. Setting up a planted tank with Tetra. Heard lots of feedback that Black Gravel is not suitable for Planted tank but some says no problem.

Hope some experts can help me on this.

Hi, i think the color of the gravel do not really matter.

As long as the size is around 2-3mm, it will be good for the plants.

So, you can choose the color that you like for your planted tank.
