    anyone know what this plant is? looks like peppermint





    why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

    they seem to be sprouting the same leaves in submersed form. teo's plant in his tank looks like this too.

    Collection point for this plant is Manaus. Plant has been around for 3 years. Sorry for not responding to your PM at Petfrds... Answer to you question is YES.

    Plant is a good indicator for calcium...submersed and emmersed leaves are the same... Easy growing plant.. feed it with nitrate and alot of side shoots will grow at the internodes... PH: 6.5 below to grow optimally...

    is it just me or does the plant look strange in the tank. Doesn't look like an aquatic plant :P

    I havent tried if it goes down well with my laksa though...
