o.. and one important thing, do not put soap on the electrical portion. Make sure apply only the mechanical portion.

Left gauge is the total pressure in the Co2 tank... usually around 950-1,100 PSI (depending on how full its filled and the ambient temperature), at these PSI readings the Co2 is in liquid form.

If the total pressure drops below 800-900 PSI, then its in gas form and will drop further very quickly, a sign that its going to be depeleted very soon.

Note that the pressure readings don't drop in a linear fashion, a Co2 tank reading 500 PSI isnt 50% full... in reality its probably only 10% left.

The right gauge is working pressure, which is what the regulator is preset to output.

    Ista co2

Mine seems to be reading lower than 1000...
And the right seems to read only 20... Do I need to open the cylinder neck valve to the max?

Its normal to be lower than 1000 psi depending on surrounding temperature. during cold maybe you will read 900 psi, during hot day maybe you will read 1100 psi.

Ok then the 20 psi output? Is that normal? Anyone has this set to verify? Do I need to put the valve on the cylinder neck to the max?

Probably your Co2 tank is just filled to a slightly lower amount... it can vary between tanks.

For all Co2 tank systems, you have to open up the main valve fully for it to work properly (or else it could interfere with the overall flow). In your setup, the main valve is the silver knob on the neck of the tank facing the front with a -/+ (that one has to be open to the max during operation).

If thats already done and there isn't any noticeable change in the left gauge pressure reading, then that is the preset working pressure.

Different regulators are set at different working pressures, probably yours is just meant to be used with normal ceramic diffusers or reactors (which don't require higher working pressures).
