Most fishes will eat planaria... if they are hungry enough. Planaria seem to be a last resort food though, commercial food taste alot better to fishes.
If the planaria are still small size, then small fishes like rasboras, tetras, scarlet badis could help (may not be 100% but can control the population somewhat)... but if the planaria have grown to large sizes, then have to use larger fishes like gouramis or guppies.
Cutting back on feeding (the usual cause of planaria population bloom) and more regular tank maintenance will help even more.
Note that planaria usually pop up most often in shrimp tanks (due to the lack of fishes to predate on them), so if you are keeping a shrimp tank and if you add in these fishes, there is a chance they may also hunt and eat the shrimps or shrimplets in the tank too.
