    Salvinia Natans is good, very fast grower and can still grow even in relatively low light (though growth will naturally be slower with less light).

    With ample nutrients and light, it can grow into very compact dense clumps.

    You can get them from most LFS that have a selection of plants (especially those with planted retail tanks like Green Chapter)... it grows so easily that quite often you can get it free from those places or just get from other forum members.
