I have spare pair (in and out) glassware, every time it's getting dirty i just swap it with my spare, and soak the dirty one into the diluted bleach in the bowl. After 24 hr soak, brush a little bit , and it turns like brand new

Push in the glass pipes a little bit, then pull it out from the hose (push in part important, because it'll be easier to pull out the pipes) and use the spring brush to clean it. Buy the spring brush (make sure it is correct size for ur pipes) from fish store. From experience, ADA spring brush is the most flexible and easiest to use. From what I see from your picture, I guess your pipes are 10mm pipes. If I'm not wrong, only ADA have a brush that small.

Use the needle, you can bend it. It will go to the top but it wont go to the otherside. So only the tank portion will be clean

Perhaps you can consider acrylic lily pipe sets, their inlets come with a plastic cap/stopper at the bottom (instead of being sealed)... check out one version that i reviewed recently:

Its still better to periodically remove the entire pipe from the hose to do a complete pull-through scrub with a flexible brush though (can make sure all areas including the sections where the pipe and hose join are clean), but for regular maintenance, its helpful to be able to remove the bottom intake cap and just do a quick brush clean of the visible portion of the intake pipe.

I see. The acrylic looks good but the metal ones look like the most viable option. Clean outside can already. That is the best.

Yeah, i guess it depends on individual preference, i can see the appeal of steel pipes... sort of reminds me of those precision surgical/lab equipments.

Just wondering if there are steel outlets that have the lily pipe shape, rather than just a narrow jet shape? That was one of the considerations when i was deciding between glass vs steel pipes for my tanks.

what the metal made of? I afraid it will rust especially if it is China made due to lower grade stainless steel used.

Or at least, you get 1 pair of inlet. Outlet is easily cleaned.

The metal inlet outlet from green chapter looks like high quality. Also high quality price 150 - 200 bucks I think for a pair
Shouldn't rust. But it does have narrow outlet not like lily pipe
