Most pellet and wafer food will float for a short while and then slowly sink on their own, you can also just "tap" on the pellets floating at the water surface to make them sink too.

Can try Hikari Micro Pellets or Micro Wafers, those are usually well received by most fishes. New Life Spectrum small fish formula pellets are good too.

If I remember correctly, a 45gram packet of Hikari Micro Wafers costs around S$5... while a 75gram bottle of New Life Spectrum Small fish formula pellets costs around S$11.

Usually the food quantity in those packets and cans are more than enough to last a fish keeper for a long time, especially when feeding small fishes.

You can try sinking pellet or frozen food.
