After decommission my previous tank, hand start to itch again. This time round, came back with a smaller tank to cure the poison.

How long has you been keeping this tank? Seems well established by looking at the hair grass. Nice scape. 2ft tank?

Tank set up in end August. Just a small tank measuring 40cm in length. At least can keep my hands wet for the time being.

Re: Return to planted tank 2

most probably is due to the new tank causing bacteria bloom and not due to the ferts.

I will not put solution for clear water, let it be and monitor it and like you said it is possibly bacteria bloom.
