the picture very blur but from what it worth, it does look like mini fissiden
I was told that this plant is not a mini fissden and somehow being labeled as a cheater.
I am in a dispute and being pressured by this question. The counter part will not tell me more. hai.....
Are there other fissiden but resembles mini fissiden?
I hope some pro can help to clear my doubts and provide me more guidance on this matter.
Sorry, for the picture quality. Hope it is enough to identify as it is taken from iphone.
I hope to get a closer shot tonight.

Andrew
I got help from friend to take some higher quality photo of my plant. Please help identify.
Are there scientific name I should be aware of or close relative of this plant exist?
Somehow in the conversation, I am now considered a cheater and non-trustworthy person to deal with.
I still considered myself as amateur and the counter part is a Pro guy. There is no way that guy can be wrong but I am confused. I am turning to the AQ community to clarify and educate myself.
I had a terrible day but hope to end the situation with the guy peacefully. your confirmation is greatly welcome.

Well I do not know who your 'pro' friend is but that looks 100% like a fissiden. I m not so sure about the exact species. But that is a fissiden.
Perhaps you want to enlighten us to the nick of the person who claims this is a moss ... lol. Unless he thinks this is a flame moss or erect moss

from the clearer picture, it is known as mini fissiden in the market, not sure about scientific name though, Fissidens splachnobryoides maybe.
erect moss and flame moss look totally different

It is mini fissiden. Just that yours slightly longer maybe due to light out reached. But nonetheless, still mini fissiden.
Yes from the closer photo it is mini Fissden
Just remember there is another one that look similar caller zipper moss or Fissiden Zippelianus but it is very rare.
If it is not fissiden, ask him what plant it is?
It looks slightly like willow moss to me.
Looks like mini fissiden to me. If your feiend doesn't want it, I'll take it![]()
Hi, want to confirm something, able to take a macro picture. Your water parameter seem to be very rich. In the 1st photo, the end of the leaves seems slightly reddish brown. I have notice my batch of mini fissiden under macro lens. I am able to see signs of reddish brown. Thereafter done something reading up on the net. Its indication of very rich nutrients water. That why is doesn't look lush green as we expected it to be. overall it looks mini fissiden to me.
Thanks everyone.
The counter part is actually a member of AQ. I sold these mini fissiden to him and somehow I was told that what I sold is something else instead of mini fissiden. Puzzled!
Regardless of how I request for the details, I will not be given a chance to know until I agreed for a meetup -> refund -> then get to know why. It is strictly in this order.
I have even honor my words to sort things out first then we do the meetup but nothing reach his ear. He is a nice person to talk to until all these crazy thing occur.
My friend dont have so call macro lens. I dont add alot of fertilizer due to inexperience on how it will turn out in shrimp tank.
the base are turning into root as if the base are trying to attached to the soil. Can some soil-less fissiden cultivator share their finding as well?
so you are the seller, doesn't he checked first?
I post the same photo took from my iphone.
stating it in my selling thread as mini fissiden and didn't hide anything.
Unless he expect it to be us fissiden or something else.
photo and indication all stated, i don't see how can anyone misinterpret. Maybe just my rotten luck.
