Chiller problem

Hi all,

I am starting a 90cm by 45cm by 45cm tank whereby water flows to sicce whale 500 cannister then to Hailea Hs66a then back to the tank. But its not chilling the water at all.

I am not sure of the problem. Water flow is ok. any advice? thanks

hey bro, what is the temperature reading on your haliea? is this your first time using a chiller? if so have you set the temperature properly? your flow rate for 317gph from what i goggled and that's 1441.11 Liters per hour (L/h / flow rate) and a haliea 66 is rated at 1000-2500 so it should be fine maybe you can post some photos or more details so we can help

Thanks Markus. I managed to reset the chiller for use. I bought it second hand.
