Replacement of regulator washer

Hi guys, would like to check with you'll on how often you replace the washer in your regulator? Where is your source for the replacement washer?

Geez... never thought about replacing it.

Replaced mine after 2 yrs usage... but only because my CO2 usage rate was high and the shop suspected a leak. (Soapy water test showed negative, but he changed it for me anyway). I got a spare washer from Nature Aquarium when I bought my CO2 set.

Which reminds me... I need to top up my cylinder.

if the rubber washer is still soft, there isn't the need to change. unless there is a leak.
