your arrangement of the wood and rocks looks very natural.. nice!
Are you using CO2? If not, I am not sure if the red plant you have at the left back will thrive.
But if you are not using CO2, I would suggest that you keep the lighting at a low level (1 wpg). The ferns, nanas and moss will get by fine with that and algae won't be a problem. And with a non-CO2, low light tank, there's no need to add fertiliser (rely on a little excess fish food) or change water (except for top-ups).

.Other smaller gravels were hand-picked from a bag of mixed gravels and separated by sizes and colours...it a real pain when working at such small scale and details!! On the other hand, it's real (back)pain working with 120Gallon and above tank as well ..hehe heee
