Of coz its possible, propagation of echinodorus, crypto can be as easy as planting them into potting soil. Usually start with a semi submerged pot and letting the plant establish emersed form before transplanting them into pots. I use a propagator, it has a cover which retains humidity within, which makes it easier for the progress.
