Substrate Heating ...Recommendations?

Any Recommendations from the experts on a good substrate heater? Wondering if it helps in our climate...

Unless you have a chiller for your tank, I doubt it will work. Folks in the US has gone through it well enough and have found little benefit of using it. Main key issue is still nutrients (Estimative index method will cover this pretty well) and CO2 (most difficult of all...errors in measurement and demand for CO2 flux now and then makes it problematic. Main key issue for algae problems.) for good plant growth.
