Tetra all wiped out!!

White spots infested my fishes, within a day all my 9 tetras where dead. When I scoop one of them out , I can see it's flesh dropping off in bits.
has anyone encounter such case before?

Hi, sorry for your loss. I've had such an experience with cardinal tetras I'm not sure whether its ick or neon tetra disease.

my guppies have ick, still alive , but all neon tetras have died. don't know whats wrong

probably died and nipped by guppies, or they're rotting away, hence dropping flesh

It's very sim thia when our valuable fish die. Money wasted and also demoralizing.

What is your tank setup like? Any photos to show?

How long have you had the neons? And which LFS did you get them from?
