Got them slightly more than a week ago, 3 out of 6 jumped out of my 2ft... Love how they swim so gracefully around the hardscape and at times passive aggressive towards each others, I decided to take some shots of them before they disappear . Thinking of getting a glass cover for the ADA 60P before all of them end their lives early, any suggestion or recommendation?

First attempt at shooting fishes, it's very challenging and can't really get a very sharp shots. Need to learn and take more of them, please ignore the melting mini peilia, will be removing them soon haha.

thanks for the kind words! Didn't take any full shot cause the driftwood is full of melting and rotting peilia and bald patches of HC which I uprooted due to hair algaes. Maybe in a month or two haha.

Nice chocolate gourami. I am always a fan of this fish but no luck on them. They never seem to live long in my tank. Challenging fish to keep.

First time keeping them, hopefully they will do well. Provided they don't jump out

You can try to DIY an eggcrate cover, provided your chocolate gourami is bigger than the egg crate holes. Nice fishes by the way!

How's the orange oto faring in your tank? Have always been tempted to buy one but from the older threads on the forum, it seems like they are quite sensitive, like most other otos. But the price makes losing one a larger hit to the wallet

I read online that most don't survive past 6 months, too early for me to form an opinion as they are only coming to two weeks in. One thing for such, they get me to hunt them daily because they tend to hit under or behind the driftwood, just to be sure they are alive and well haha. They seem shy though and camouflage very well within the driftwoods...

One thing I'm concerned is whether they have enough to eat cause my tank surface has green algae which do not seem to go away, I doubt they are eating those. I started to supplement with repasphy solient green gel food yesterday, but they do not know it's food yet.

Thank you for the kind words on my algae infested tank! It looks way better in those small shots to the real deal haha. Let's keep those imagination of yours alive for now. I'm trying to rid the tank of the dead mini peillia and algae, not sure how it will turn out.

Decided to take some shots of the neon blue goby in my going to be shrimp tank... Still very challenging to take sharp and clear shots!

The intense blue is due to certain angle catching the correct lighting. Usually it's not so blue haha.

I believe they will. They are micro predator and hunts around the bottom of the tank. I always see them picking on stuff I cant see in the HC carpet or driftwood and stones area.
