Nv try small planted tank before hence give it a try. This tank was a month old. Any ways to further improve the overall appearance of the tank?? I would like to paste a balck oyama poster behind, the japonica at the right hand corner just added hence it look a bit "out of place"....

    It looks good!

Take out the Japonica... it will grow too big eventually, and it's a hassle to trim. The leaves don't look good too, so best is take it out. Get a few smaller rocks, I like your hairgrass.

Yeah i also agree with u. Feel tat the japonica a bit "extra" in the tank.

actually, I find the area of the hairgrass is too small compared to the area of the glosso. The B. japonica will look better is you give alittle more space at that corner to grow in and perhaps another rock or 2 to give the triangular concept by Amano (3 dimensional feel)
