in need of desolder and soldering services for led bulbs

Hi guys not sure if this is the right place to post, but im looking for people or if you know any recommendations, referrals to desolder and solder led bulb for my aquarium light. its piranha led and i bought the bulbs already, same specifications except different color. Appreciate if there is any brother out there who does this or know of anyone? Let me know roughly the cost involved as well, i have two sets
