Basically I have a few types of plants in my setup and I want my scape to be open and a big part of the tank is dedicated to the front and mid ground plants.

The tank dimension is 60 by 40 by 40 12mm glass. Ada II soil at the bottom and planta ANS soil at the top layer. The soil combination was recommended by the uncle at Y618

Co2 was switched on and off together with the light for 3.25hrs from 11am and another 3.75hrs after a break in between. The 3.75hrs was from 6 to 9.45pm so that I can see my tank when I am back from work.Hello Hann,

Fertilizer wise I follow the seachem recommended table, all except for nitrogen and phosphate as I believe my tank livestock and daily feedings are able to provide these. No fertilizer dosage on the weekly water change day of 50%. Iron on any other days. Flourish on the first and sixth day after water change day. trace on the second and fourth and potassium on third and fifth.
My Teco tr10 set at 25.5C is connected with an ehiem Pro2 2026 filled with biohomme plus and ceramic rings on the top and bottom tray respectively.
Live stocks : 14 coral purple pencilfish, 2 wild dwarf ram, 3 emperor purple tetra, 1 ruby tetra, 1 Galaxy, 2 rainbow fish(Gertrude), 2 Pygmy, 1 hastasus, 5 Otos and a lonely Sakura shrimp.
