help in guppy tail

Hi Bros,

Bought Albino Fire Red guppies from a bro off the net a month ago.
realize recently that one of the tail has a hole and tail end also looks split.

What should i do?

actually nothing much to do. just monitor does other's have the same issue !
could be just some fight among the guppies.
