just to add on, Stellata prefers acidic water.......check your KH and GH level...........

Will Mg deficiency cause curling of leaves?
Why would you folks love to guess in the first place when you can solve it all by dosing to prevent it from running out? It can be one or the other...multiple ones even. Use the estimative index that Tom suggest..you will not have much issues unless you slack on the CO2. The nutrients are well taken care of by that method. All that is left is just light (most folks have too much) and CO2 (most problematic....). Note that the stunted plant might require a couple of weeks or months to recover depending on how much damage is being done.

_Sharing my experience_, excess K (> 20ppm weekly) and Mg (even 5ppm weekly) caused such symptoms in my plants. I also used coral chips in my filter. After reducing K to 10ppm and stopping Mg altogether (since Mg also found in coral chips), the curlings stopped after about three weeks.
However, I know there are folks who dose 100ppm K and loads of Mg without ill effect.
As they always say -- your mileage may differ.![]()

I have never had curling issues with it.
Sound slike it's stunted, generally a NO3 issue, if you rule that out, then only if your GH is extremely low and you do not do water changes would there be a nutrient issue, check CO2 as well real good.
