platy, molly, guppy

hi is it correct that guppy can mate with molly and not platy?

Guppies and mollies share the same name(same genus) "poecilia" ,they can cross breed.
Platies and swordtail share the same name (same genus) "xiphophorus",they can cross breed too.
If they are "xiphophorus"and "poecilia" they cant cross breed... so far no "plappy" (platy + guppy) are available at the moment

If I put molly with guppy in same tank , will molly bite guppies?

Mollies should be safe with guppies, unless you have very large mollies and very small guppies.

The molly is 2 times as big as my guppy and mouth 3 times as big

Should still be okay. I think the only issue is when there are fry, which will be eaten. As long as the guppy can't fit into the molly's mouth, it should be fine.
