From what i can see, the ones with round leaves are a species of brazilian pennywort (very common in aquascaping), they can grow both submersed and emersed, so if they are able to grow tall enough to reach the water surface, they will continue to grow emersed above it.
The ones with long narrow leaves look like a species of hygrophilia, maybe hygrophila araguaia or angustifolia or lancea? Can't really see clearly so not really sure. Anyways its a stem plant and most stem plants can also grow both submersed and emersed too.
To achieve such emersed plant growth in aquariums, you'll just need the plants to grow to the surface and then above it. Some people create "riparium" style holders which allows the plants to be placed into containers already attached to the tank side near the water surface, in this way the plants will immediately be emersed and continue growing that way. You'll need ample light above the plants though, so it'll need to be hung up much higher than normal.
The rest of the plants grown submersed in the tank are the usual rotalas, cryptocorynes and maybe marsilea hirsuta for the carpet plant. I guess they are all plants that the Anubias brand distribute (since its their display) so the plant types should be in their catalogs.![]()
